District and Sessions Judge, Majuli has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 

8 Peon and Chowkidar Posts in the establishment of District Sessions Judge, Majuli. 

Posts Details - 

1. PEON

No of Posts - 7 Posts (UR-4, OBC/MOBC-2, ST-1)

Salary - Rs. 12,000 - 37,500 + GP Rs. 3,900/-

2. CHOWKIDAR 

No of Posts - 1 Posts (UR)

Salary - Rs. 12,000 - 37,500 + GP Rs. 3,900/-

Educational Qualification -

Minimum Class VIII pass and those who having class XII Pass or above

 shall be ineligible to Apply for these posts.

Employment Exchange Registration - 

Candidates must have a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

Age Limit -

The Candidate should not be less than 18th years of age not more than 

40 years of age as on 01/01/2025.

Age Relaxation -

The Category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

# SC/ST - 5 Years 

# OBC - 3 Years

# All applications must be sent by registered post/ Speed Post to the aforementioned

 address and on the envelope must be mentioned.

# The Application must be accompanied with the Following -

i) 2 copies of a recent passport size photograph with full signature on reverse side.

ii) Self attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her Age, Cast 

and Educational Qualification etc.

iii) The candidates must provide their phone number in their application form,

 written on the top of the Standard form in Red Ink.

iv) The Candidate have to submit a self declaration certificate along with

 the application form starting that he/se not passed HSLC or equivalent examination or above.
