Director of Health Service Assam (DHS) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 919 grade III Technical posts under Director of Health Service (DHS) Assam . Intersted and eligible candidates may apply online.

Posts Details : 

1. Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANM)

No of Posts : 181

Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 70,000/- + GP 6200

Educational Qualification : ANM training passd from Assam Government Institution or Institution recognised by Indian nursing council and Assam nursing council and must be registered under Assam nursing council with Employment Exchange Registration of Assam.

2. Staff Nurse

No of Posts : 446

Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 70,000/- + GP 6800

Educational Qualification : GNM diploma/ B.SC nursing degree from any institute / Nursing college recognised by Indian nursing council and must be registered under Assam nurse midwives and health visitor council along with Employment Exchange Registration of Assam .

3. Staff Nurse (Critical Care)

No of Posts : 292

Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to 70,000/- + GP 6800

Educational Qualification : 

a) GNM diploma/ B.SC nursing degree from any institute / Nursing college recognised by Indian nursing council and must be registered under Assam nurse midwives and health visitor council along with Employment Exchange Registration of Assam .

b) Applicants should have experience of working in ICU at last for a period of one year.

Age Limit : 

Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age on 1st January 2024

Age Relaxation : Category wise upper age limit relaxation is as mentioned below -

# OBC/MOBC - 3 Years 

# SC/ST - 5 Years 

# PwBD - 10 Years 

Employment Exchange Registration : 

The candidate must process valid employment Exchange Registration certificate of the state of Assam.
