"Dear User, Candidates registered before 2nd January 2024 in employment Exchange of Assam are requested for re-registration through SewaSetu portal before 31st December 2024 failing which their employment Exchange Registration will be Invalid."
How to Apply for Online Employment Exchange Registration?
Candidates who want to register their names in employment Exchange through online mode must apply through official web portal.
Their are two modes of Online Employment Exchange Registration -
AADHAAR Based Verification & Non-AADHAAR Based Verification.
AADHAAR Based Verification :
In this Verification, Candidates may simply apply online through official web site by using their AADHAAR Card with permanent address within the state of Assam.
They don't need to visit the employment Exchange office Physicaly.
Candidates having AADHAAR Card may follow the below Steps:-
1. Scroll down, go to important web-link Section.
2. Click on the online employment exchange registration link.
3. Then the official online exchange registration portal will be opened.
4. Click on "register" button enter full name, email id, mobile no, password and state and click Submit Button.
5. Next choose apply with AADHAAR option.
6. Login to the portal by providing the login ID and OTP/ password.
7. Now fill all the necessary information.
8. Please scan all educational qualification Documents form lowest level of high level in to a single PDF and upload S1 single PDF.
9. After successfully submission of application employment exchange card will be issued to the his/her registered email.
Non AADHAAR Based Verification : -
Candidates who do not have Aadhar Card must use non AADHAAR base verification method for getting employment exchange registration certificate. however applicants have to physically visit employment exchange office for verification of documents.
Registration fee for employment exchange certificate :-
Employment exchange registration is completely a free process and candidates do not need to pay any registration application fee to obtain employment exchange registration certificate in Assam.
Renewal of employment exchange registration certificate :-
Every resistant sale renew his her registration once in 3 years in the demand as indicated on his her registration card.
