Ministry of Defence, Government of India has released an official notification for the recruitment of 458 Posts of Tradesmen Mate, JOA, MA, MTS and Fireman at 42 Field Ammunition Depot C/O 56 APO.

1) Tradesmen Mate (Erstwhile Mazdoor)

No of Posts : 330 (UR-134,OBC-89,SC-49,ST-25,EWS-33)

Salary : Rs. 18,000-56,900/-

Educational Qualification : 10th Passed

2) JOA (Erstwhile LDC)

No of Posts : 20 (UR-09,OBC-05,SC-03,ST-01,EWS-02)

Salary : Rs. 19,900-63,200/-

Educational Qualification : 12th Passed

3) Material Assistant (MA)

No of Posts : 19 (UR-08,OBC-05,SC-03,ST-01,EWS-02)

Salary : Rs. 29,200-92,300/-

Educational Qualification : Degree Passed

4) MTS 

No of Posts : 11 (UR-05,OBC-03,SC-01,ST-01,EWS-01)

Salary : Rs. 18,000-56,900/-

Educational Qualification : 10th Passed

5) Fireman

No of Posts : 64 (UR-26,OBC-17,SC-10,ST-05,EWS-06)

Salary : Rs. 19,900-63,200/-

Educational Qualification : 10th Passed

6) 255 (I) ABOU Tradesmen Mate (Erstwhile Mazdoor)

No of Posts : 14 (UR-06,OBC-04,SC-02,ST-01,EWS-01)

Salary : Rs. 18,000-56,900/-

Educational Qualification : 10th Passed

Age Limit :

UR/EWS :- 18-25 Years

OBC :- 18-28 Years

SC/ST :- 18-30 Years

PH :- 10 Years of relaxation in the respective category.

How to Apply :

Eligible and interested candidates are required to submit their application in prescribed format through offline mode of Application. Candidates need to send his/her filed application to Commandant, 41 FAD, Pin-909741, C/O 56 APO through Ordinary Post/registered post/speed post.

While forwarding the application, the envelope should be clearly marked, APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Tradesmen Mate/JAO/MA/Fireman/MTS also Starting UR/OBC/ST/SC/EWS/PH/EX-SERVICEMEN/MSP.

Candidates are advised to attach self attested copies of following Documents as applicable along with (size 12 × 18 cm) one self addressed registered envelope with Rs. 25/- Postal Stamps.

Self-attested Documents : 

i) Birth Certificate

ii) Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner for physical fitness.

iii) ID Proff (Voter ID/Driving License/Passport)

iv) Educational Certificate along with Mark Sheet ( Matriculation Onwards)

v) Two recent passport size photograph

vi) Cast certificate (if applicable)

vii) EWS Certificate (if applicable)
