Chief Conservator of Forest, Dima Hasao has released a notification for the recruitment of 21 Forester-1, Forest Guard, Jr Assistant, Chowkidar and office peon vacancy.
1) Name of Post : Forester-I
No of Posts = 05
Educational Qualification = Bachelor degree from any recognized University or equivalent.
Pay = Rs. 14,000 - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,400/-
2) Name of Post : Forest Guard
No of Posts = 10
Educational Qualification = HSSLC (10+2) or equivalent from any recognised Board/Council.
Pay = Rs. 14,000 - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6,200/-
3) Name of Post : Jr Assistant
No of Posts = 03
Educational Qualification = Bachelor degree from any recognized University or equivalent. Computer skill for handling data and text on computer & English Drafting.
Pay = Rs. 14,000 - 60,500/- + GP Rs. 5,600/-
4) Name of Post : Office Peon
No of Posts = 02
Educational Qualification = VIII Pass
Pay = Rs. 12,000 - 52,000/- + GP Rs. 3,900/-
5) Name of Post : Chowkidar
No of Posts = 01
Educational Qualification = VIII Pass
Pay = Rs. 12,000 - 52,000/- + GP Rs. 3,900/-
Age Limit = 18-40 years as on 01-09-2020. Relaxation up to 5 years in case of ST/SC Candidates, 3 years in case of OBC/MOBC,2 years in respect of ex-serviceman and 10 yrs i.e. up to 50 yrs in respect of persons with Disabilities.

Application in Standard from prescribed in Part-IX of Assam Gazette affixing Council court fee stamp worth Rs. 10/- with two recent pass port size photographs and photocopies of age proof Certificate, Cast Certificate, Educational qualification Certificate, Mark sheet etc of HSLC, HSSLC, Bachelor Degree or equivalent ownwards and other relevant documents with self attested must be submitted in the Divisional Forest Officer
