Educational Qualification : VIII passed, HSLC, HS , ITI, Graduate

Selection Process : 

Note : 

Before entering the test in the venue for the First phase and Second phase test, biometrics of each candidates will be done.

1) Junior Assistant (District & HQ Level), Computor, Assistant Enforcement Inspector, Checker, Assistant Commercial Officer, Machinist,Fitter Helper, Electrical Wireman : 

A) Written Test (First Phase Test)-100 Marks

B) Computer based test (Second Phase Test)-50 Marks

Total : 150 Marks

Written Test First Phase Test) -100 Marks : 

 i) General Mathematics

ii) Language (Assamese, Boro, Bangali etc.)

iii) Logical Reasoning and Aptitude

iv) History, Geography, Polity, Economy, etc of India and Assam 

V) General Awareness, General Knowledge and Current Affairs

Time : 2 hour 30 minutes

The test will be 100 Marks with 100 Questions and will be completely OMR based.

Each questions will be carry 1 (one) marks.

There will be negative markings of 1/2 (half) mark for each wrong answer.

After the completion of the Written Test,a merit list will be prepared for each category of posts for both male and female on the basis of total marks scored in written test.Candidates will be called for Second phase test in order of merit at the rate of 5 (five) times the number of posts allotted in respect of each cadre & category-wise for both male and female.

B) Computer based test (Second Phase Test)-50 Marks : 

The Second phase test will be computer based exam to test the knowledge of posts applied and proficiency in computer operations.

2) Grade-iv posts :

 

Written Test Only : 50 Marks Total Marks

i) General Knowledge and Current Affairs

ii) Matter relating to History of Assam

iii) Culture, Geography, Polity, Economy, etc of Assam 

Time : 1 hour 30 minutes

The test will be 50 Marks with 50 Questions and will be completely OMR based.

Each questions will be carry 1 (one) marks.

There will be no negative markings of 1/2 (half) mark for each wrong answer.

2) Stenographer-III 

Total Marks : 200

A) Written Test First Phase Test) -100 Marks : 

B) Computer based test (Second Phase Test)-50 Marks : 

C) Stenography Test : 50 Marks

Final Selection : 

The final Merit list will be prepared on the marks scored on following components of recruitment process

1) Junior Assistant (District & HQ Level), Computor, Assistant Commercial Officer :

A) First Phase Test/Written Test -100 marks

B) Second Phase Test (CBT)- 50 marks

Total - 150 marks

2) Stenographer-III

A) First Phase Test/Written Test -100 marks

B) Second Phase Test (CBT)- 50 marks

C) Stenography Test - 50 Marks

Total - 200 marks

3) Assistant Enforcement Inspector and Enforcement Checker : 

A) First Phase Test/Written Test -100 marks

B) Second Phase Test (CBT)- 50 marks

Total - 150 marks

4) Machinist, Fitter Helper and Electrical Wireman : 

A) First Phase Test/Written Test -100 marks

B) Second Phase Test- 50 marks

Total - 150 marks

5) Grade-iv :

A) First Phase Test/Written Test -100 marks

B) Second Phase Test- 15 marks
