Assam Secretariat Administration Department has released a notification for the recruitment of 170 Junior Administrative Assistant Vacancy in the Assam Secretariat under Assam Secretariat Subordinate Service Rules, 1963.

Pay : 14,000-49,000/- + GP 8,700/-

Age : The Candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2020

The upper age limit is relaxable as follows : 

1) 5 years for SC/ST candidates

2) 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates

3) 2 years for Ex-serviceman

4) 10 years for PWD candidates

Educational Qualification : 

* Applicants must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks, 40% for SC/ST candidates in their degree examination.

* Candidates must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute.

Candidates must have Registration Number in employment exchange in the state of Assam.

Selection Process : 

Written Test, Computer Practical Test and Writing Test
